Join us and discover your inner diva, your alter ego, or just your own creative spirit. This art doll workshop is designed for both beginning and expert artists, doll makers, doll collectors and doll lovers. Create a doll for yourself or someone else, a custom doll makes a very unique and personal gift. ( dolls are decorative only and not intended as toys).

CRE8TIV GLORY & THE GOS ART GALLERY STUDIO PRESENTS:

Very much like a scrapbook page, a memory keeper doll is a place to save and collect small treasures and memorabilia. Each doll has a tote bag for coins, shells, jewelry and other small items. The doll’s costume can be made from saved garments like baby clothes and blankets, T-shirts or bridesmaid or prom dresses. The dolls make unique holiday gifts. Your doll will be your own personal design.

The workshop will be four Thursdays in October, the 6th, 13th, 20th and 28th from 12:00 pm
to 4:00pm. Each week you will complete a part of the doll and complete the doll on the last Thursday. You should have basic sewing skills and your own sewing machine. There is space for ten students.

The workshop will be held at The GOS Art Gallery Studio in the Sacramento Design District, 1825 Del Paso Blvd., Sacramento California 95815. The fee for this four week workshop is $100.00 plus a $10.00 materials fee. Payments can be paid in full or in weekly installments of $35 for the first week and $25 each for weeks 2, 3 and 4.
